xfinity support

How hard can it be to cancel an internet plan with Xfinity? There’s no option to cancel through the online account, the app, by calling, or through the (unsurprisingly) useless chatbot.

I’m just a regular customer trying to cancel due to an upcoming move. This process is unnecessarily stressful and incredibly inconvenient for customers.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
