Hi,

I’m reaching out to report a service outage at my address. A few days ago, one of your trucks was on-site installing internet for my next-door neighbor. During that process, the technician accidentally cut the cable line connected to my home. Since then, I’ve been without service.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if    necessary

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
