Xfinity support
I have had two people in the chat tell me my bill was incorrect and I shouldn't have additional charges but it shows on my billing statement I do. I need a real answer. This additional $169 charge is insane and I don't get it.
I am active Army. I turned off my service at a certain date, moved and two weeks later had it restarted. How do I have $169 carry over charges. That makes no sense when that is more than my last bill!
