Xfinity support

A year ago, I changed my internet plan, and that change included a new xFi modem, but I still have the old one the new one never arrived my home, and it's giving me problems. I want you to send me the modem that corresponds to my plan

I see that you changed your internet plan but never received your new xFi modem. You can swap out your gateway at a local XFINITY retail location. Please visit https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers to find your nearest location along with the associated store hours. Or, we can ship you a new gateway directly to your home. Which option would you prefer? We definitely want to make sure you are using the proper equipment for your plan and that your equipment is working well.

Good luck, took me over a month of run around. I'd recommend going into a store, but watch out, Xfinity agents are allowed to lie and misrepresent information. Be careful.
