Xfinity Support
The exterior internet cable running from my house to the box mounted on the pole at the street has been disconnected at the pole and is now laying across the sidewalk. The only assistance I’ve been able to get is through a chatbot program in order to schedule an appointment in a few days. I’m wondering if this issue can be fixed sooner?
