Xfinity Support

Our internet service was interrupted four days ago after technicians made changes to the tap at the street. Since then we have had 3 service calls and no resolution. The service technicians says that it is a maintenance issue; maintenance technicians say it is a service issue. I have a ticket number for a fourth service call, but no confirmed service date and no confidence that the issue will be resolved whenever they come out. I fully expect the maintenance technician to again tell me that the problem is a service issue. 

How do I get a response from Xfinity that solves the problem?  I cannot continue to be without service.
