Xfinity support

I was told my bill will be $50 for 12 months, last month and this month you guys are try to charge me $130 I’ve been trying to contact support but I keep getting Ai or a robot . It’s extremely frustrating. I think I’m going to cancel my service. Been with you guys for years this is ridiculous
