Xfinity Support

I work from home and my internet service has now been shut off 2 days in a row without more than a few minutes notice preventing me from making other arrangements! Even worse it has not come back on at the time promised in the text messages i received. I’m losing money!!

I want to speak to someone who can give me a realistic and dependable time when i can expect return of service. I have not been able to access any help from your customer service line. I’m contemplating canceling my account with your service and finding a more dependable provider at this point.

It is now one hour past the time i was told my service would be restored. I want to speak to someone who will tell me what’s going on and when i can expect my service to be back on. How do i speak to an agent???

Getting no updates and not being able to plan for when the service will be back up is unacceptable! I work from home and I’m losing money!!
