Hello,

When I signed up xfinity internet on December 2024, Xfinity offered to give 200 dollars Amazon gift card if I signed up with 1000Mbps plan which I did. The promotion even said the gift card will send out within 2-4 weeks but it has not sent out and tracking website even said they cant find status. Was it a hoax or fraudulent advertisement that Xfinity tried to make me signing up on fake advertising? 

Please take a look into this before I complain to BBB. Thanks.

Hello, @user_gekr9f. I appreciate you making us aware that you haven't received the gift card after activating your account in December. Normally, you're required to maintain the account in good standings for at least 90 days before you're eligible for a gift card. It then takes up to 4-16 weeks before the card is shipped out.

 

You can contact our Xfinity promotion support team and they can help you track the card by dialing this number 1-866-385-8392 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time (CT), seven days a week.

Thanks for clarification but that is not what it was advertising. I do have screenshots that said 2-4 weeks to receive after signed up.

Have you by any chance tried calling the phone number I provided so they can begin an investigation on the status of this gift card? If not, you should definitely give them a call and they can help you retrieve this gift card.
