Xfinity support

Just replaced my cable DVR box and now the live TV rewind function does not work.  Anything I can do to restore this function?

I went ahead and told this box back to the Comcast store and the employee gave me an even better and more powerful one and after I hooked it back up I was able to use the live TV rewind with no problem.  AHHHHHHH

unfortunately, after the Xfinity team buried our new cable last Tuesday, the live TV rewind function stopped working. I have no idea why.  So I guess I’m going to have to return this one and get another one.  This is getting crazy.  I only know the one he gave me was an X1 which was longer than my last one and also had a digital clock on the front of it.  The serial number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Airtana Sorry to hear about your DVR rewind issue. I know we can figure this out. Have you checked your connection to confirm everything is finger-tight with the connection Making sure that you have a strong connection and complete connection can go a long ways in sorting this sort of issue out.
