Xfinity Support
I'm Being overcharged and every single time i call the customer support phone number i can't communicate with anything besides that AI and at this point of my service i would either like to be reimbursed or cancel my services entirely please and thank you i feel at this point xfinity is a scam artist and i dont like this form of customer service its unhumane and not physically possible to recieve any help ive been using AI chats and calling the phone number for the last 4 hours with absolutely no way of changing my plan to stop being scammed and losing extra money and theres literally nothing i can do. HELP ME PLEASE

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I would not be happy if I was being overcharged for the services I had. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill has great information on how you can review your current and past to PDF statements to see what changes may have occurred to affect your billing.
Give that link a try to see if you can figure out why your charges are not showing what you expect them to be.
