Xfinity support

It looks like I will save a lot of money by switching from my current Xfinity Internet and TV service to YouTube TV and Verizon FiOS for Internet. I’m wondering if there are any better offers, promotions, or discounts available for my current level of service that might make Xfinity competitive enough in price to merit sticking with.

Thank you. The link you sent seems to offer me the same service for which I am currently paying $301 for $240.76...but nothing happens when I click on the "Next" link. Is it possible to make this switch over the phone with a representative?

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
