Xfinity Support

My external service line was cut during a septic tank servicing. the contractor notified 811. I would like to verify the status of the service line repair.

gacanuck Hello there. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 811 will not come out to fix the line repair. They notify you of any underground structures that can be damage from digging. We can schedule a technician to come out and get your line repaired.

Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

Unfortunatly, when I follow those instructions the "new message" icon is greyed-out / disabled, and when hovering over, the mouse icon changes to indicate "unavailable" (stoked-out).

Please provide another means to confirm status of repair.
