XFinity Support

My emails are disappearing today seconds after I open them.  Also, on my iPhone and on my desktop, my emails are not aligned -- some emails appear on my iPhone and not on the desktop, and vice versa.  Also, I sent a test email to myself, and it was not delivered.  Please help!!

Help has arrived, @user_143vug! Is this occurring when you access your Comcast email by going to Xfinity Connect and clicking Email after you log in?

I go to https://connect.xfinity.com/.....INBOX and I am in Email.

Okay great, @user_143vug! To clarify, are there missing emails, or any discrepancies when using Xfinty Connect?

We can help, @user_143vug! I'd like to ask a few questions to gain a better understanding, and we will get to the bottom of this. Do you use Xfinity Connect to access your email on your phone, and desktop? Or, is it another email program like Outlook or Google Mail?

On my iPhone and my desktop.  Not in Outlook or Google Mail.  I have a gmail account, but I don't use it to access my comcast.net email.
