Hello, 

My new home does not have cable outlet, how can I make an appointment to install one? In this case, may I still choose one discount plan that showed in your website? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out @pengholan123 This is a great question. I would suggest selecting a pro installation for your services since you do not have any coax outlets. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions. You can set up the services directly from the website.

I'm sorry to hear that you are running into this issue! Normally the option for either a self or professional install would be there for you to pick from. 

In this case we may need to place the order for you and see if our system will allow for us to opt for a professional install. The other option would be to place the order with a self install, and once you get the equipment you can reach out to us, and we can send out a tech to go and install the equipment you received. 

If you would like us to try placing the order for you, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
