XFINITY support
I’m looking for help pairing my cable card with a replacement tivo box to activate my service. I was first told my CR ticket #[Edited: "Personal Information"] where I provided the required info on my account, the cable card and tivo box would be elevated to the “advanced” team and that my card would be activated in 1-2 hours. After that didn’t happen, the following day I live-chatted my issue and was told someone would call me in 10-15 minutes. However, that didn’t happen either. Can anyone help?

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
