Xfinity Support
Hello,
I moved to new address and the technician took my old equipment and replaced it with new one and he did not gave me any receipt and today I received a phone call from a number telling me they need the equipment back and they have not received it and asked me to send them email with the appointment I had with Xfinity technician at their email which is [Edited: "Personal Information"].
Is this scam ?and what should I do? Specially, the technician did not give me any receipt and he took the old equipment.

Its possible that the equipment did not get scam in correctly to have it removed off your account, I can get this resolved for you.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
