user_floragardensfl Thanks for reaching out! The ticket that was submitted would have created a service request order for the local team to come out to your location. You can check your account online to see if a service order has been scheduled.

Hi Marty R.  It says there are no scheduled appointments, andno one has contacted me.  Can you please find out what is going on?
