Xfinity Support — Ticket Status Request (Ticket # [Edited])

Hi there,

I spent over an hour troubleshooting my internet service with an Xfinity Support Tech on 5/3/23 regarding my poor internet (extremely slow speeds in certain areas of my apartment). The technician did a very thorough job but no fix came from it. 

The tech opened a service ticket for my ongoing issues (Ticket #

[Edited: "Personal Information"]) and promised to have another support tech reach out to me within a few hours that same day (5/3/23), but I was never contacted again and have received zero updates since this ticket was created a few weeks ago. 

My internet service/speeds are still experiencing the exact same errors/issues with zero signs of improvement since this ticket was created.

I would appreciate an update on the status of my ticket as well as an update on when I can expect to be sent a free xFi Pod as discussed with the technician in our original discussion. 

I have records of my entire conversation with the Xfinity Support Technician. If needed, I can provide it to you, please just let me know how.
