Xfinity Support: Reroute Cables?

I just purchased two vacant lots where I will build houses. There are utility poles on each. One has a TV cable buried about 3 inches under my lawn running to the neighbor's house. The other pole is a [Edited: "Language"] of cables and connectors, all tangled together, feeding the 20 or so duplexes next door to me.

Please let me know when these can be corrected. I will meet the technician on site.

Congratulation on the recent purchase! We can help with your project and will need to schedule a technician visit that will be able to survey the location. If the project is possible then they will be able to present you with options on relocating the cables.

May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and service address? You may include the information you previously provided, this was redacted due to it being private information. We can return here afterward with updates on the project or what was done as well.
