Xfinity support please cancel landline

Hello, I’ve been trying to process a request to cancel my landline and I’m unable to do so on the app the website so I have this researching says to send a request to cancel. My address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I would like to cancel the landline [Edited: "Personal Information"] line at this address. Thank you.
