XFINITY SUPPORT NEEDED: Platinum Membership Benefit-Peacock Premium no tile, no benefit tile, no activation link

I have been trying to get the Peacock premium benefit as the platinum member to no avail. I have searched for the benefit in my benefits page and it does not appear. I have asked the xfinitiy assistant which NEVER connects me to a live agent.

Yes...I have checked and the peacock premium is not listed as a subscription.
