Xfinity Support Hang Up Everytime I Request Cancelation

I have called Xfinity support. Each time, I have requested cancellation. The customer support representative goes on and on about plan options, then conveniently hangs up once I confirm cancelation. 

I need to cancel service immediately,  but I'm blocked by poor business practices designed to give a degree of plausible deniability. I am making this post to unlock an option to DM customer support and cancel without going to an Xfinity store.
