Xfinity Student Discount Coupon

I signed up for the Xfinity student discount offer, which stated that I would receive a coupon after 3 months of service. It has now been over 3 months, and I have not yet received the coupon.

I have checked my email (including spam/junk folders) and still have not received it. I wanted to check on the status of this and see if any additional steps are required from my end. Could you also please let me know how and who I should contact to resolve this issue?
