Xfinity Streamsaver

I'd like to try the Xfinity StreamSaver package, including Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV, but I can't find any way to subscribe through the mobile app or Xfinity website, or any way to communicate with a person. The Xfinity AI Assistant is of no use.

Hi there user_q6ybwk! Thanks for reaching out through our community forums! Sorry to hear you've had some difficulty finding a way to add our StreamSaver service to your account. We'd be more than happy to assist with adding for you. Just to check, have you already tried signing in and navigating to Your Subscriptions? You should see an option that says "Add & Manage subscriptions" on that page, which should allow you to add the service. Let us know if that helps!

Thank you XfinitySean,

I'd previously looked on the mobile and web app for a subscriptions button and hadn't found it. With a couple extra clicks I had better luck today and was able to add StreamSaver to my account. I received an activation email from Netflix, even before I received a purchase confirmation from Xfinity. I was able to activate Netflix but am waiting for email confirmation from Peacock and Apple TV.

When I navigate to my subscriptions page now, I see large purple Activate buttons for those services. Do I need to wait for emails from Peacock and Apple TV or can I just activate those from my subscriptions page?

Awesome! I'm glad you were able to find it.
You're in the exact right place to have them activated! You can find more detailed instructions to activate each individual service here.

Hi Again,

You can ignore my latest question. I went ahead and was able to activate the other two services from the web browser. I did want to share, in case it ever comes up, what seemed to be a glitch with activating Peacock (could just be me). When the Peacock page opened, after clicking the activate button on the Xfinity page, I was prompted for my email address. I put it in a few times but each time I clicked the submit button the screen would glitch for a few seconds then come back to the same prompt. I got past this by opening a new tab to Peacock and signing into my existing account. I left that browser tab open, the went back to the Xfinity tab, and started the activation again. This time, when I put in my email address and hit submit it took me forward.

I'm all good, just wanted to share that in case anyone else has a similar experience.

Happy to hear you were able to get everything activated, and thanks for providing some guidance for anybody that might get stuck at that same step!
