Xfinity Streamsaver

I recently added Xfinity Streamsaver to my account. I was able to activate Apple TV, but Netflix and Peacock are not working. When I click on the links in the email it had me create accounts, but then tells me to pay for the service. I tried clicking the links again but it says my service is already active. I used the same email to create the accounts as the email I got the activation line at, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Any suggestions?
