Xfinity streaming not working on Roku

I can no longer run Xfinity streaming on my Roku.  I reauthorize and get this message - "Thank you for being an Xfinity customer.  We had trouble signing you into the app.  Please tray again later".  This has been going on for at least 24hrs.  Help!

Why am not able to use Xfinity streaming app on my Roku - get above message after authorization.  Other apps on same Roku work fine.

Hi, @user_04e8be, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Can you confirm are you able to log into the stream app on your other devices, (phone, computer, tablet etc.) or is this the only one having issues? Do you get any error code on the page as well?

I'm getting the same thing. I restarted everything, re downloaded the app and it still doesn't work on my roku tv even though it works correctly on the roku in the basement. Help please

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

Problem solved! I have a TV with a regular xfinity cable box in another room that hadn’t been used for about a month.  I turned it on today and watched cnn for 15 minutes. After that, my ROKU TV was good again.
