Xfinity Streaming App is so bad

I have missed so many games and I am hoping to be refunded. I want to cancel it however I have had zero luck trying to connect to anyone helpful. Insanely frustrated.

Yes it has been failing consistently. I have tried troubleshooting by clearing cache and still no better result.

My internet works flawlessly for all other apps and all other devices. I would like a refund for this service otherwise I am going to be cancelling internet as well and going with a different provider.
