Xfinity stream app

Why do we have so much interference while watching the Xfinity stream app.  It's very annoying and pay way too much not to have good quality tv

Are you using the Xfinity app from a source like a Roku? Or a device that has an HDMI cable running to a TV? Appreciate you getting our team in the loop to help!

I agree with you!  It is terrible and not worth the price that we pay!

I logged on to see if there was an outage with the service.  The cable box works, but none of my streaming apps are loading.  We should get reimbursed for the time that the service is not working.
