Xfinity store agent didn’t transfer my account correctly and they refuse to deal with the problem
Went in to my local Xfinity store in March to have 5 devices transferred from Verizon to Xfinity. Just found out it was done incorrectly and Verizon is charging me because my account was still active for 3 of the devices. The Xfinity agent ported my 2 cell phones from Verizon correctly but just changed the phone number on 2 iPads and a watch. This did not turn off the Verizon account. She told me I didn’t need to do anything further with Verizon- everything was taken care of. I have visited the Xfinity store that did this and they agreed they made an error, but say they can’t help me with the Verizon charges they caused. How do I elevate this complaint with xfinity?
