Xfinity Steals from Customers

When I signed up for internet, I was supposed to be paying, $55 a month. Somehow there was an error and I was being charged $57, as compensation I was promised a free upgrade and some xfi pods, I was charged for the free upgrade and my pods never arrived. I spoke to several agents over the course of two months to figure out where my pods were and was told a "special team" would call me back...no call ever came so I called again and spoke to a manager who informed me that I was lied to, I was not getting those pods and there was no way they could send them to me. I was told I'd get a free upgraded router for compensation to help with my connectivity issues....that was also a lie. My bill is raised to $65 dollars a month. And then to top it all off, somehow, my billing information was altered on my account when I was asking for help with my billing issues, so now I have tons of fees on my account making my bill $97 a month. I'm switching to Verizon this week.I can get better service for less of a headache. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with Xfinity...and it was my first time using the wifi service. Also, the agent that I spoke to today 9.6.25 disconnected on me after not responding to be for 4 minutes. Wherr can I file a legitimate complaint against them?

MeepMoop First and foremost, I can completely understand your frustration if your were informed of a particular rate and your bill arrived reflecting something different. That would send me up a wall as well, because I try to remain on top of all my monthly expenses. An unexpected increase would certainly not be ideal. Let's get your account pulled up and dive into what exactly is going on with your account, services and billing together. Our Xfinity Forum team is more than capable of getting this corrected for you. Please send over a direct message with your full name and complete service address.
