Xfinity STEALING MONEY!!!

Everything was great until they decided I’d been using their services long enough to start ripping me off. They raised my monthly bill from $25 to $85 without warning and claim this is the best deal they can offer. They didn’t notify me about the price increase, but they sure sent plenty of messages saying my internet speed was “upgraded for free.”

If you’re a naive fool with too much money, go ahead and use their services. A quick Google search shows tons of providers offering 2–3 times higher speeds for half the price.

Their chat agents are just a bunch of liars who say anything to make you close the chat without fixing a thing. I argued hard, and they refunded me $85, just adding it as a credit for the next bill.

This company is pure garbage. I would never recommend Xfinity to anyone — not even to my worst enemy. No one deserves such horrible service.

From my experience it usually goes up due to an end in promotional rates on the account. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

I am here to confirm what is going on. If that is the case I would be happy to review the account for a new discount. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.

Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon! @user_zl6t9b
