Xfinity Starter Kit package missing/stolen.

I just had my starter kit delivered before I scheduled it to go to my apartment, however when I went to go get it the package was missing. Is there anyway I can get the device marked as stolen and have a new one shipped to a different address so it doesn't go missing or get stolen this time?
