Xfinity Starter Kit package missing/stolen. What do I do?

I called UPS to see if they knew anything about it. They said it got delivered to my house, but I can't find it anywhere. They said my best bet was contacting Xfinity about the situation.

@SolidSam Our team can get that kit marked as lost/stolen and get another one shipped out to you. You could also visit an Xfinity Store to collect the equipment by hand if that is a convenient option for you. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
