Xfinity Starter Kit Modem Stolen

Hello,

A new modem was marked as delivered to my apartment this morning by UPS, however the package was not in the lobby of my apartment building. How can I claim the stolen/lost package and get a replacement?

Yes, no other neighbors claim to have seen the package.
