Xfinity site says address is invalid but recognizes others in the neighborhood
Hello,
Our neighborhood is a few years old but some of the streets are showing as “invalid address” in the system. We have been trying to order service/submit a ticket but it won’t recognize our street even though the list will auto populate my address. Comcast has been installing service in our neighborhood since November of last year and we’d really like to sign up, it just won’t even let us submit a proper ticket because the address isn’t “valid”.
Can anyone assist with getting our address validated in the system?
