Xfinity site logs me out immediately after logging in

The online Xfinity site logs me out immediately after logging in.

I need urgent access to my bills/statements/payment information. Please HELP ASAP.

 

Below are the options that I have tried:

  • Changed password – Did not help.
  • Switched on two factor authentication for logging in - Did not help
  • Tried different browsers – Edge, Chrome (desktop and mobile), Firefox, Opera AND their private browsing modes– did not help
  • Cleared browser cache, cookies and entire history – did not help
  • Tried on different laptops – did not help
  • Tried on home ( Xfinity network) and outside internet network.
  • Restarted my modem/router – did not help

I am not able to reach out to a chat agent because it needs me to be signed in. The phone service has long wait time and I am not sure if I can explain all the above over the phone.

Again please HELP me logging into my Xfinity Account. It will be really appreciated.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
