Xfinity site logs me out immediately after logging in
The online Xfinity site logs me out immediately after logging in.
I need urgent access to my bills/statements/payment information. Please HELP ASAP.
Below are the options that I have tried:
- Changed password – Did not help.
- Switched on two factor authentication for logging in - Did not help
- Tried different browsers – Edge, Chrome (desktop and mobile), Firefox, Opera AND their private browsing modes– did not help
- Cleared browser cache, cookies and entire history – did not help
- Tried on different laptops – did not help
- Tried on home ( Xfinity network) and outside internet network.
- Restarted my modem/router – did not help
I am not able to reach out to a chat agent because it needs me to be signed in. The phone service has long wait time and I am not sure if I can explain all the above over the phone.
Again please HELP me logging into my Xfinity Account. It will be really appreciated.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
