Xfinity services after power outage
we experienced a power outage on July 27, power outage as restored July 28 at 7:30am due to the damage caused by a storm. When power came back on, we were still without Xfinity services due to them having to replace/ fix lines on a pole. When going on the app, it stated it was aware of the incident and they were working on fixing it but no time of restoration. When calling the 1-800 customer service number, it looks up your address and sees the outage and then it says a agent won’t be able to help you and hangs up, I tried this number numerous times and trying different ways to try and speak with a agent, still they hung up. So as a customer this is horrible customer service and unacceptable. No mater what is going on, you should always be able to talk to an agent. So we waited all day for service to come back up by 6pm. The Xfinity truck was in out out of the area so we had no idea what was going on. Very frustrating and disappointing

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
