Xfinity service is terrible

Never tired of constant issues.  No wifi all day and I work from home .I called 4xs and was originally told my internet was working great. Not. Called 3 more times and finally got a live person on the line. She ran tells for 3hrs and told me I need a new modem. She said a technician will be coming out . She will check availability.  Then I get text for appt on Friday. This works mean no internet for 3 days. I work from home and can't be without service. So loyalty dept was brought on call and then I spoke to a women who said they works escalate my issue because I have had so many issues and a technician would be out tomorrow.  I called back to confirm because I never received a confirmation text and was told . No your appt is still Friday. The women eneted notes that tech was coming out tomorrow but a ticket was never put in. What!!  I was on a call with them for 3yrs . I also am paying for 1000 gig plan and I am getting 1/10th of that speed on a good day. Today it was 51 download speed. It has never been more then 126 or close to that. So I am paying since last May for very fast service and getting very very slow internet. I am so disappointed with Xfinity.  And it is almost Impossible to speak with a live person. Xfinity also raised my monthly charges. For what . I am paying for speeds I never got. I need a technician tomorrow as promised.  This is horrible!

From a very unhappy customer.

And I should be credited for all the time I had no internet and the slowest speed

Sounds familiar! XFINITY NEEDS to do much better and they shouldn't be raising prices for people who aren't getting what they have been paying alot for.
