Xfinity Service Cancellation Confirmation & Bill Adjustment

I cancelled my Xfinity service on the 10th of July. I had Xfinity Internet & Mobile. I requested for all services to be cancelled but suspect only my internet service to have been cancelled. My Xfinity mobile bill amount changed and has two smart watch line charges. I used their free smart watch promotion they had a while back. The first one was lost in the mail and they had to send another one. I didn’t activate the line on the watch I received. So there shouldn’t be any line charge at all, let alone two. I’m just looking to have everything cancelled with the bill adjustment addressed as well. Thank you

user_h6lach thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. I understand that you have recently made a change to your level of services, and you want to confirm it. I do want to clarify that if you have cancelled an XM account with an active promotion attached for a device, such as the watch in this instance, the remaining balance of the device would become due. Given you have not seen a bill reflecting this, it is likely the mobile portion of your account is still active. Did you have an active phone line with us as well?
