Xfinity Service Cancellation and Mobile Plan Change (Account: Ending in [Edited])

Dear Xfinity Customer Service,

I am writing to request the cancellation of my Xfinity internet service and a change to my Xfinity Mobile plan, effective April 30th, 2024.

Internet Service Cancellation:

According to Section 4a of the Xfinity Residential Services Agreement, I have the right to cancel my service if a change negatively affects my experience. The recent price increase for By the Gig data plans significantly reduces the value of this option for me. Therefore, I am exercising my right to cancel my internet service.

Mobile Plan Change:

For my Xfinity Mobile service, Ending in [Edited: "Personal Information"], I would like to change both lines ([Edited: "Personal Information"] and [Edited: "Personal Information"]) to the 1 GB (Gig, 1 GB) By the Gig data plan, effective April 30th, 2024, as well.

Service Termination and Equipment Return:

I plan to discontinue using the internet service by April 20th, 2024. Please confirm the process for returning the modem and any other rented equipment.

Confirmation Request:

I would appreciate confirmation of both the internet service cancellation and the mobile plan change by April 15th, 2024, along with any associated fees or final billing information.
