Xfinity Service Address Issue & Compliant
On 5/24/2025 I had a transfer order to move my services from one address to my new place. The transfer order was never processed so I called in and the rep got my services going for my new location. I noticed my Account Details still showed my old address. I contact Xfinity a few times and they told me they would put in a ticket to take care of it which never happened. I contacted again this time I was told the transfer order was cancelled and I still have service at the old address. Which I am not sure how because I have service at the new address still. They keep telling me they need to activate the new address and disconnected the old one. They rep said they took care of that. I called back 20 minutes later, and I was told nothing was put in. At this point Xfinity is full of liars and providing horrible service.
