Xfinity Service A Joke

For the past month my service is dropping 20-30x a day. Have had technicians out and replaced the box and modem and still issues. What is even worse than the service is customer service you call with an issue and rhey are trying to get you to add a cell phone to your account. XFINITY MY SEEVICE IS STILL TRASH AND STILL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY - BUT YOU ARE STILL TAKING MY FULL MONTHLY PAYMENTS CORRECTLY.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] they are great at over billing AND BILLING $100.00 for TECHNICIANS to come to my house to fix what is SO MESSED UP, that they can’t fix it over the phone.

EVERY TECH I SPEAK WITH ON THE PHONE (AFTER 20- 30 minutes of jumping through hoops to get a live person on the phone) DIFFERENT PHONE TECHS GIVE ME DIFFERENT INFORMATION, DIFFERENT INFORMATION & DIFFERENT EXPLANATIONS, OR JUST HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!

They said I needed a newer DVR BOX (THE NEWEST 4K BOX) to replace my older DVR BOX (MODEL AX013ANC, THAT HAS THE DIGITAL CLOCK ON THE FRONT OF THE LARGE BLACK DVR BOX).

INSTEAD THEY MAILED ME 2 (TWO) BOXES... (1) SAME MODEL : AX013ANC AS I ALREADY HAD AND WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT, AS WELL AS A SMALLER BOX THAT I’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE, 

MODEL AX014ANC, THAT SHOWS THE FOLLOWING XG1v4-A (Xfinity.com/x1)  WHICH I BELIEVE IS THE 4K DVR (?) BOX ???

NOW I HAVE A BRAND NEW SONY BRAVIA WITH SONY THEATER BAR & BASS SYSTEM AND EVERYTHING IS ALL [Edited: "Language"] UP AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.

TRYING TO FOLLOW XFINITY’S ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS, ETC. ARE IMPOSSIBLE, SO SEZ ME AND TENS OF THOUSANDS OF OTHER XFINITY CUSTOMERS.!!!!
