Xfinity sent me an email about the $50 / month 5-year 1 gig offer. Is this available to existing customers?

Xfinity sent me an email advertising an offer for 1 gig at $50/month for 5 years.  I have been an Xfinity customer for many years.  When I try to take advantage of this offer, I can't sign up for it online.  I tried talking to a customer service rep, who was no help.  Chatting with your AI was even worse.

Do you allow existing customers a way to get the offer Xfinity sent me?  If not, I'll probably switch to another internet provider.

Ok. Xfinity doesn’t value its existing customers, so I’ll be switching to Quantum Fiber.  Congratulations on losing a customer.

Ok, I'll give you one more chance.  I sent a message.  If I'm not satisfied with the existing customer promotion I'm offered, then I'll switch to Quantum Fiber.

The "existing customer promotion" I was offered was 1 Gig plan for $85 per month with a 5 year price lock.  Xfinity makes existing customers pay $35 more per month than new customers.  That's $240 per year or $2100 for 5 years.  

Clearly, I was right when I said "Xfinity doesn’t value its existing customers."

I will be switching to Quantum Fiber ASAP.
