Xfinity sent me a Flex that I did not order
Xfinity sent me a package via UPS. I logged into my account to see what it is and it’s apparently a Flex. I had to google it to se what a flex is. Apparently it’s a overpriced useless streaming device, who knew. I have less then zero use for this burden that was sent to my home. After an extensive chat with support I was informed I get the privilege of returning this unwanted paper weight by driving to a Xfinity store or UPS store. He keep claiming it’s free but it’s not. If I don’t return it Comcast will charge me $120 for this piece of junk. Well Comcast that’s not free now is it. I see what Comcast is doing here. Forcing a product on its customer to serve ads to me and creating a burden on me to spend my time/effort and gas money to return this or pay a way overpriced $120 to just chuck it in the trash. I see you Comcast, squeeze that money out of my wallet

Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I would be happy to search how that Flex box was added to your account. I can also confirm that there is no charge to use this streaming device unless you have more than one Flex box. To take a closer look at your account please send us a private message, including your full name, and your full address? You can do so, by clicking on the chat icon, in the top right-hand corner of your screen, and once you click on that icon, you should be able to search "Xfinity Support", which should then give you the ability to send us a message. Thank you in advance, and I look forward to speaking with you!
