Xfinity / Scripps Dispute
While very disappointed for the past week that I do not have access to NBC and appears no resolution in sight. Can you please let me know how much of a credit I will be receiving on my bill for Xfinity not currently providing NBC on my paid subscription.

@user_s3ia9e With the change being recent we are not actively applying any sort of compensation to customer's accounts at this time. If a new agreement with E. W. Scripps, the owner of these broadcast stations is not reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated moving forward.
