Xfinity scam

I have bought xfinity equipment online, and even without a service at my place, they showed on website that service is available. And there was not service with so much hassle. I am trying to return my equipment and get my money money but all the people at xfinity store is not taking it back.

Our team will do everything we can to help. To start, may I ask what website you purchased the equipment from? Did you confirm at the store that service wasn't available at your address and did they state whey they would not take it back?

They told its xfinity prepaid and yes at store they told that its available in my place. I was assisted with people when using xfinity to start connection but technician told that connection is never there! 

i am trying to return it close my account and even get my refund of $30 as I am student and not earning any money but xfinity has made my life really tough.
