Xfinity SCAM call center

Can you please invest in better headsets with noise cancelation or a better work environment for your [Edited: "Inflammatory"] call center. Id like to hear my representative not the 50 people who sound like they are all in the same room screaming. IS this a scam??? She asked me a lot of personal questions to verify my account.  [Edited: All Caps]

user_98bcd7 Thanks for reaching out to us here with your concerns. These days you need to be extra carefull and Xfinity takes your account security very seriously! If you ever suspect the person you are speaking with is not a Xfinity employee you can end your call and call us directly at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) or reach out to us here and we would be happy to help! The normal information that you should expect to provide for account verification are your first and last name and address where you have service. That information locates most accounts, additional information such as your phone number or email address may be required if the representative has issues locating the correct account. Then as long as your account has a primary mobile number or email address set up we would send you a 6 digit security code to complete your account verification. (additional information may be required for Xfinity Mobile accounts) You can find information here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts for adding users to your account. Please let me know if you have any other concerns with your account, we would be happy to help!

Thats the problem, THEY WERE YOUR EMPLOYEES! It wasn't a scam. SO why does Xfinity have 50 employees screaming in different languages crammed on top of each other in such a way that I cannot hear my own representative? This is very unprofessional for OUR experience but WHAT ABOUT THEM?? Is this call center in another country, is that why they are treated with less than American employees? This IS BAD. I do not want to be a part of this. This IS SICK!. Calling into this place was like walking directly into a scam center. They look and sound the same. EVERYTHING we are taught about scams this directly represents. YOUR own costumers don't TRUST YOUR EMPLOYEES, have u stopped to ask why??? Is this your branding? I dont want to take part in this. SHAME on you XFINITY. SHAME.

I was just called by someone from another call center filled with 50 screaming employees. SHE called me but would NOT tell me why she called. Dont [Edit: Language] call me if you are unable or unwilling to tell me what the [Edit: Language] you called for. SCAM
