Xfinity says my service is not active
My internet is down since evening. I ignore thinking it's some outage and it will resolve.
Now, when I am trying to figure out - it's saying my service is not active. Account is showing correct phone number, address so it can't be that I am checking an old account. So What happened ? I can't reach any agent and AI agent is pretty useless in this aspect.

With the account showing not active I would think maybe there was a recent move and that is causing an issue with your login details showing an old account, but you have already checked that.
