Xfinity says my new address is a Multi-Family House

I was trying to enter my new address for my move.  My house is a single family home that used to be mutli-family.  It only gives me the option to select Unit 1 or Unit 2 with my new address.  How do I fix it?

Hello, thank you for reaching out! Congratulations on your new home. I have moved in the past and I know how crazy things can get! I will be happy to work with you today to make this as smooth and easy as possible.

 

We may need to fill out a ticket to have the address listed as a single family home instead of a multi family dwelling since the only option you see are four unit numbers. Please send us a direct message

 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
